The word authenticity gets thrown around so much that it’s almost starting to sound…inauthentic. 

What on earth does it mean to be authentic in business? And why is it so flipping important?

If you want to use good ol’ Webster’s Dictionary, authenticity is first defined as “worthy of acceptance or belief as conforming to or based on fact.” Scroll on down those definitions, and you’ll find authenticity described as “true to one's own personality, spirit, or character.”

That’s the definition that best describes us, as people and as a business.
